Also, the thread talks about a no start but my car starts just fine. Do I still solder at the same part as described in the instructions??

First solder as per the thread instructions. If code p0410 persists however, you most likely have burned contacts of the air injection blower relay, 1 of the 5 relays in the RCM. At that point, Your best bet is to buy a good used or a new RCM
