Sounds good, yeah the mechanical side is very straight forward. I figure people who have done a swap on another vehicle prior could probably get this done alot faster than I did and I got it done pretty quick. Those manifolds are tricky though.

Now that is what I'm talking about

!!!! If you end up going with 2 more cylinders you're going with the 55K motor right? I wonder how lap times for you would compare.

Albeit the women are a little less tropical.
That's ok, I'm stuck in the middle of the mojave desert. 45 minutes from death valley, there's NO women here! lol... Actually I was lucky enough to catch a pretty good one

As far as another update...
Not sure why I never thought about it but the Crankshaft Sensor needed to be replaced. The V8 apparently has less teeth than the Crossfire's flywheel. Because I was able to finally get a code to throw after cranking... Crankshaft Position Sensor... And what do ya know, that sucker was chewed and mangled on the end. Compared the 2 sensors and the V6's is shorter. Dropped the V6 one in and got through DAS but my battery didn't have enough juice to crank for more than 2 seconds. So everythings moving, it wasn't a completely pointless weekend. I do have one more idea to try that I have been putting off since it's such a pain but I'm pretty sure it will solve all the problems of this swap.
