Beware of all the typical scam tricks here, don't get into any of these 'i'll send you x amount more than your asking price and you send me the change' scams, and don't give your bank details out or accept any sort of dealings involving Western Union.
Personally i'd only deal with him if he's prepared to turn up at your door with cash in his hand (and i'd buy one of those marker pens to check the notes with too)
