dont cancel your adverts, just explain that you have someone viewing on thursday and take a contact number and name and then you can call them if it doesn't happen. Only safe way for them to pay is direct into your bank account, all they need is a sort code and account number. As a warning paypal is not a safe way to recieve money, many scams now use paypal as people think its safe.
