OK! Enough is enough... When I turn the fan switch to next position - still no noise. When I switch air con on, the noise is back again. The same thing just started in my 07 Limited Roadster. It may come on with the A/C off or on & in all fan positions with the exception of recirculating position. It sounds randomly at any speed and even when the car is not moving. Sometimes it doesn't sound at all. Today it stopped when in the defrost position.
