My SRT6 is harsher riding and noisier than my roadster. There is tire noise with each, but that is part of the charm of a sports car. We bought a 2007 coupe for my son three years ago and I do not recall it being unusually noisy. When you shop for new tires, have the discussion with the store about road noise. Different compounds can give off different levels of road noise, so shop around. I suspect harder, longer lasting tires are noisier than soft rubber that wears faster.
