It will be defiantly be what Mrmiata suggested, I had the EXACT same symptoms as you last week and found it out to be "Crank Positioning Sensor" when I connected my OBD scanner. I have since bought the part (make sure Bosch) and the problem is solved Best of luck!

Btw I am very amateur when it comes to do anything on cars but its so easy to replace, I did it myself. Its just more "fiddly" than being difficult!
