Day late and a dollar short here but, I found mine in the pouch on the bulkhead between the seats. It was at the bottom flat against the wall so I couldn't tell it was there until I stuffed my hand all the way down inside looking for a paper I had put in there. Mine now resides in the glove box where it belongs.
