"the item sold was described correctly...many times when I allowed refunds people sent me back there broken item back and kept the item i sent, so i do not issue refunds. the buyer had a chance to look at the picture and ask any questions and request more pics if they like...THE ITEM I SHIPPED WAS IN PERFECT WORKING ORDER THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OF ANY SORT YOU BOUGHT AT YOUR OWN RISK ASK MORE QUESTIONS ASK FOR MORE PICS ITS NOT MY JOB TO DO YOUR RESEARCH YOU BOUGHT KNOWING THERE IS NO REFUNDS AND YOU WAIVED THAT RIGHT. MY FEEDBACK IS NEAR PERFECT THE ONLY BLEMISH WAS A WINDOW I BROKE PULLING OUT AND THE BUYER WAS MAD I HAVE MANY REPEAT CUSTOMERS. SORRY FOR WHATEVER YOUR ISSUE BUT I CONDUCT MYSELF IN A HONEST MATTER "

"Mr. Carney, Regardless of the photo, which is why I bought the item to begin with, the items were NOT packed correctly, which is why one of the coils is broken. Just wanted a replacement, not a refund. Again, no need to yell at me...and I resent your assertion that I did not do my research or ask for more photos...there wasn't any reason to. I did ask around about you afterward, and some have said that you've tried to sell parts for "twice what they were worth," their words, not mine. Sorry, but your feedback is not 'near perfect,' You've had 1 negative in the last month, and I believe 5-6 over the past year. The fact is, the item in question did not arrive in good condition."
