I was hoping you could help me with my purchase. I have searched the forum and got my questions answered. However, since most of you own/owned a crossfire, I would like your advice on the following:

I am confused of whether to buy '05 SRT-6 convertible with 100,xxx miles or '04 crossfire base with 86,000 miles.

Both of them are in good condition, no mechanical problems, and I acquired a free carfax for the '04 and looks clean.

I am really interested in the SRT-6 but what's worrying me is the high mileage, do you think it is high for the SRT-6? Is it worth it to go for the '04 crossfire since it almost has 20,000 miles less?

The SRT-06 wants to get rid of the car since he has a new car and has surprisingly went down from $9000 to $7500. While the '04 is going for $8500+ (still negotiating).

I would really appreciate your help and guidance on the above.
