Unless you (like me) LOVE the clutch, get the SRT. Most of the time, an SRT Roadster with, say, 75,000miles will be listed for $11K to $14K.
If the car needs a water pump and that "intercooler pump" (both are somewhat likely at that mileage) they can be had for a few hundred dollars. And a local MB-skilled shop can do the work for, what I would think is, under $500. While at it, have them put in all new hoses.
Unless someone has run non-synthetic oil in them, or run them 60,000 miles without changing the oil, the engine is good for a LOT LONGER than 100,000 miles. LISTEN to it idle after the first minute (all these motors sound odd for the first minute). If you don't hear rattling and clanking, the major componets are ok. You WILL hear what sounds like lifters half-starved for oil, that's actually the injectors firing! (You can hear it on the N/A's as well.)
$7500? What COLOR is it? I think I want it.
