Default Re: Chrysler to Replace '05 Convertible Tops Under TSB - YAHOO!!

Dear Teddy, you have yet to supply a new TSB or NHTSA number. We are not fools. Supersedes means in lieu of a prior matter. You have offered no proof of said supersession of any of the previous orders. Dealers have no authority to order replacement tops. That comes from headquarters. If dealers had the power, they would replace the tops no matter where they were situated. The service manager at my dealer was kind of upset to lose the business. So. So much for the dealers and so much for your new order that contains no order number. And yes, I do have the right to tell you to shut up. You are disseminating information that is untrue. And yes, I am hot stuff. This matter is only going to be decided in court. I plan on taking my case to court and try to get a judgment against them in equity that will order them to repair all across the board. If I am successful then it will be res judicata (look it up) and everyone would be able to use my victory to force Chrysler. So now, after you are through shutting up, see if you can produce something positive to help our group
