I resurrected this older thread rather than starting a new one . . . I have a Magnaflow Muffler offered for sale in the Private Classifieds / Private Parts / Accessories For Sale section of the forum. This muffler has a 3" inlet which is the correct size for an SRT6 (in fact it was removed from an SRT6). I have a potential buyer from the forum who is looking at installing this muffler on his NA Crossfire. Can someone more familiar than I look at that thread and advise us on whether this muffler can be easily mounted to a NA Crossfire? While I don't personally know, it looks like he believes he will need to weld in a 2-1/2" to 3" adapter piece for this muffler. Is that correct? Will that work easily for him? I don't want to mislead him. THANKS for your assistance and for sharing your expertise . . .
