Interesting, I just put these same speakers in my car with he stock amp and whenever I turn the volume all the way up I get massive clipping in the speakers. I called Crutchfield and they told me that my stock amp is underpowering the Kappa Infinities they told me that because the amp and/or my head unit is underpowering the speakers I am getting the clip sound with volume turned up. They told me I needed to purchase a more powerful amp to rid this problem. because the stock amp is dialed into the stock door speakers that i had before.

Are you guys exeperiencing this same problem? Can you turn your volume all the way up without clipping? And if so are you using the stock amp or a more powrful amp.
