Use the bolt to relieve the tension, make sure you use the correct size star socket for it, others have used the wrong size and stripped the head. The socket should be the smallest one that goes on the head. I think it's a size E10.

Counting the ribs on the belt is a pointer to an NA or an SRT in pics like this.
