Is it normal to have the camber kits replaced during an alignment?

For further repairs, would it be better to just take my XF to the Benz dealership instead of Chrysler? I get the feeling the local DC dealership doesn't work on a lot of these cars and my regular mechanic probably won't be comfortable working on this.
OK... so I gave you the price of the camber bolts $11 and my opinion... see ya...
