I haven't noticed any problem with the alignment. The dealership said "oh, the car has 13k miles, it's due for an alignment." When I asked my husband, he said he noticed that it pulled to the left when he drove the car and that an alignment was probably a good idea. It never pulled in either direction for me.

Believe me, all I wanted was an oil change and to have the Schedule B inspection stuff inspected. Having worked for this specific automotive group, I was prepared for some shenanigans, but this is ridiculous.

I do appreciate your help, really. You guys have been dealing with these cars for a lot longer than me and your advice means a lot.
