I called the dealership back and told them to prepare the car for pick up. They're going to charge me for the oil change only.

Thank you SO MUCH for your help. Without you, I'd still be bent over that dang bench, and that's no place for a lady to be! I still got reamed on the oil change by about $40, but hey, lesson learned. Next time I'll check the forum *before* doing something stupid.
