Dave you got it.
If XF owners like their car, they should drive and enjoy it. Every new car is going to drop in value and you will never receive fair price when you trade it in. As far as I am concerned, I prefer having a unique Crossfire rather than a hyped up, overpriced popular cookie cutter car.
