After a fairly extensive search, I haven't found the answer to this issue...

Normally, when using the A/C, the blower goes to max (flap closes?), but our car hasn't done that in a while. I read about a possible fix involving a 7/32 hose and some repair...will that solve the problem? Maybe someone has link to the right post?
