THE BIG EVENT !!!!

The plans are now finalised for assembling the largest gathering of Crossfires in the UK, so with your support and good weather let us make the 10th Anniversary of this iconic and classic car of the future a day to remember. Make a note in your diary, 22nd September !

So the details are - when you arrive at the venue follow the directions to the museum. As you approach the main car parks you will see our display area on the right. You will each be given a ticket at the end of this road which is your admission ticket to the museum at a preferential rate of £5.00 each. The ticket needs to be presented to the cashier in the museum entrance hall. You will be directed to our display area on the right and this is when we need your help!
The club events shelter will be the centre piece of the display area and we are planning to position the cars around it with the cars facing inwards apart from the cars facing the car park at the front. Why you may ask? Well, we have booked a professional photographer for the day and he will be taking an aerial shot of the cars so we need to make the display so that everyone's car can be seen. Help in organising this on the day would be appreciated!
There will be other car clubs attending, the main one is the 60th Anniversary of the Morris Traveller with Nissan Elgrands and, possibly, MX5 also attending. The Heritage Centre, www.heritage-motor-centre.co.uk, has also given us a plug as "fringe" classics on their website.
The exhibition opens at 10am with a good restaurant on site and we would ask that you arrive by 10.30am. Each car will be given a commemorative rally plate and we will be holding a raffle on the day. Prize donations would be appreciated if you can help please. We will also be taking orders for our new club polo shirt profits of which will used towards the cost of the club banners etc.
