I had my headlights 'tinted' to go with my black trim. Then a clear coat on top of that. No more hazing nor maintenance!
I had my letters removed from the back. I wanted to keep them but the limited English speaking painter said he'd keep them. I said, no, I want them. Then he quoted me a good price for some painting, and I let him keep the letters. Money talks! I like the letters off, anyway!
