I agree, there is more to making these things than meets the eye. Fitting something with a small gap which is even all around is precision work. Any error is easily spotted and makes it all look cheesy. Just making something and saying that's good enough is not going to pass the requirements of those on the forum with high standards. If the bottom grilles are attached using plastic ties then that will fail also. The top grille should attach with the screws at the top and not have a flaky attachment at the bottom or this grille will end up as road kill.

This is not to my taste either for what that's worth, which is probably not even a pinch of you know what. The wire mesh grille has already reached over kill status.
