Hi hope you got my message off Facebook my email address is (censored) so please e mail your requirements. As I said previously the grilles are bespoke and at present the only ones in the world made that way are fitted to my vehicle. To make more the manufacturer needs to make a template off my car as mine were a one off. He usually makes them for Porsche. I need definite orders before I make the journey to the manufacturer as I will be there a full day whilst my car is measured up and templates made. I need to know quantities plus whether one grille is required or all three plus polished stainless steel or black.

Hope this helps and please feel free to contact me on the e mail address above.

Kind regards

Hi Karl,

Yes I received your message through Facebook. THANK YOU for your prompt response. On behalf of multiple Crossfire owners here, please know that we are grateful for your unselfish willingness to assist us in pursuing the manufacture of these wire mesh grilles.

My current direction is to set up a "group buy" through the CrossfireForum.org that would have buyers sign up to make their purchase. Before I can do that I need to get price information from the manufacturer for various purchase quantities. Let's assume most buyer will want to purchase all three pieces but I need to know how much less it would be for "lower grilles delete" if a buyer only wanted to purchase the main upper grille unit. Also, when making templates we would like to ask that the manufacturer rework the lower arc of the upper grille to improve the fit somewhat (there appears to be noticeably larger gaps between the bumper and grille around the lower outer areas of the arc). Presuming that the polished stainless and the black stainless materials would be the same price, would you please ask the manufacturer to initially quote on producing an order for the following quantities:

10 units
15 units
20 units
25 units

Also at your convenience could you please e-mail me a few photos of your upper grille detailing it's mounting points to show us exactly how it is mounted / secured to the car (we know the lower grilles are tie wrapped in place).

Hi Bob I'm not too sure about the gaps at the bottom you mention it could be the angle I took the photo. The issues we had initially was leaving a gap big enough to operate the bonnet catch. At one stage we figured maybe it couldn't be done as the original plastic grille had a recess to allow fingers in. It took a day and the technicians made a grille which worked. It may be the gap is uniform all the way round but the photos may portray it differently as I just pointed the camera and fired. The technicians are very exact so I cannot see there being an uneven gap but at the moment I'm abroad so cannot confirm that. The grille looks superb and the pictures do not do the car real justice. I loved my crossfire when I bought it but in my opinion having a cheap plastic grille fitted to the front spoiled the look. I have driven the car on motorways and when I come up behind the BMWs and Porsche they don't know what's behind them but move over ! With the Chrysler badge some people do say it looks like a Bentley. I will e mail the manufacturer and hopefully resolve the question of the appearance of the lower gap.
