Pam - when I first had my roadster I had the continuing dead battery problem. Dealership was stymied. They replaced the battery which was under warranty. Dead battery kept happening. Turned out it was the fact that the trunk lid was not closed firmly. It looked closed, but was not. Since that time, when carrying in groceries for me, my husband has not closed the trunk firmly (several times) and - dead battery. He has since promised that this will not happen again - but now I try to check after he has been helpful..... This is the only mechanical downer I have found with the roadster.

PS - When I had my MGB Roadster, my husband ran into it in the garage - twice. It was a side entry garage and he would misjudge the turn. My mechanic then asked me 'are you still married to this guy?' The answer is yes - despite his proclivity for attack on my roadsters.
