Re: XM/Sirius ready for stock receivers?
Buy a bluetooth FM transmitter and plug it into the cigarette lighter. I bought one for about 50 dollars. It transmits music from a SAN disk, a jump drive, you Ipod, etc. to the head unit through an FM signal. Just load your music on the SAN card and play it through the radio. My works and sounds great. My unit also has bluetooth so my phone connects with it and the conversation plays through the head unit. Lot's of these are available on the internet. From really cheap to in the 50 to 100 dollar range. It's plug and play. No wiring, no fuss and a pretty good way to accomplish what I think you are looking to do. If you want satelite I would think they have units that may do something similar.
