Default Re: Most stupid car mistake I ever made

My father was connected with a number of insurance adjusters in the 50s, and he was able to buy a lot of different cars that where either wrecks or stolen and recovered.
Most of them he would sell off, but once in a while he would give me one to drive. I just discovered this picture of a car I had for about 4 months before my dad advised me that he had a chance to sell it, and in exchange he'd see to it that I get another car. I agreed, but in retrospect, it was a big mistake to get rid of it. What I remember about this car, was that the engine was so smooth that sometimes I'd think it wasn't running and the red interior leather seats were so plush, that it was like sitting on a cloud. The biggest problem was cleaning the factory chrome wire wheels. It was luxury at its best and now almost priceless....... Sigh !!!!!

Not a great pic because it was taken with a Polaroid Land camera, and pic has faded. I did coat it with lacquer LOL
