1. the divider switch in the trunk.
2. the top released switch just above the passenger's ear.
3. the trunk latched switch in the trunk latch assembly.
4. a blown fuse.
5. no fluid in the pump. ( check for leaks at all cylinders )
6. a bad pump.
7. a bad top up/down switch.
8. if the windows don't go down when the top lock is released ( with the ignition on ), then there is a bad switch in the windshield header at the right side latch position.

( what part of Georgia ? )
