Yep, Clint has it right. i thought I'd pick up a used mBz fob on ebay and look for a new key to be cut and quickly discovered that was a no go.
I ordered a new key through Capistrano Chrysler a few years back and they charged $108 tax included.
It pays to make a few calls and shop around.
