light bulbs include:
2 low beams
2 high beams
4 side markers
4 turn signals/hazard lights -same bulb but different circuits.
2 license plate lights
2 additional lights in head lights
2 Fog lights?
2 brake/tail lights - same bulb but two different circuits

When was the last time the coolant was flushed? It's probably dirty, a quick flush and then replace with a mixture of 70% water 30% coolant since it's so hot in Houston and maybe use an additive like Royal Purple's Purple Ice.
