Jim, I don't know what to say. On the one hand, this is what I expected in the beginning from the V-8 swap. Now that I'm trying to get faster I realize just how difficult it is. Respect! thanks to all of you,,, we, Rudy and I and a lot of you, were surprised that the v8 swap did not go into the 10,s. now we know what it will take,and the next one built (by Rudy or JS Benz) will go into the 10's,IF THE OWNER WANTS IT THAT WAY.
the rear 3.07 to 3.27 made a big difference .
opening the exhaust made a big difference.
the killer chiller made a big difference,,,,,,,,,, ( there are no heat exchangers on my car.)
and then some new tricks that Rudy and Js benz did makes the biggest difference. (Rudy was at JS Benz working on my car. thanks again everyone for your commits .
going to the track again tonight.
