No tall buildings, no error messages, just GPS WAIT and all the credentials were zero'd out. There was heavy cloud cover, though, so that may be the issue. I will try again this afternoon and see what happens. I assume the antenna that was sent with the unit is new--let's hope it's not faulty. And I assume the placement is OK. It is well into the dash, right beneath the windshield.
