Hard to give a "standard" reading since they vary all over the place depending on the driving conditions.
Mostly I just monitor "important" parameters like temperatures, voltages, MPG (ave. and instant), rpm and MPH - that is for my Jeep, am still learning the Crossfire for example it appears to be MAF like GM and not MAP like most MOPAR. Trims and such I watch more for a sudden change than a particular value.
That said has anyone found a bolt-in pumpkin with a 2.60:1ish ratio rather than 3.25:1 ? Second is lower than first in my Muncie & the Judge has a 3.55:1. 2500 @ 70 mph is too bleeping high. I really do not need to pull stumps.
