I have the home page of my UltraGuage set for :

MPH ........................... RPM
ENG TEMP .................. IAT TEMP
INSTANT MPG ............. AVG MPG

Engine temp runs from 182F to 210F dependent on OAT and A/C usage
IAT temp starts same as OAT, then after heat soak runs 7 - 20 degrees F higher depending on speed and OAT ( I have a single NW CAI )
AVG MPG runs around 30 - 33 ( bit high, never fine tuned the calibration )
