Had to move my car out of storage and drive it in the rain yesterday and I noticed something strange and didn't know if this is how the wipers operate. When in the on position and stopped they worked intermittent. When I started to drive they came back on and worked normal. Is this how they are suppose to work? I searched and didn't find any answers.
