Well I guess "YOU" were unlucky not to have found this forum at that time as the info was "ALL" here and has been here since March 2009. which is over four and a half years ago.
The original post has been damaged as the poster took down his photos but it was rewritten by someone else in September 2009 and they did a better job of it.
