If both seat controls are not working, I would bet it's definitely a faulty seat relay. My seats intermittently did the same thing. The dealer had my car for almost two weeks and couldn't figure out the problem. I referenced Electrical. Miscellaneous under the index of Crossfire problems, repairs and How Too's and replaced the relay myself approximately two years ago. I have not had a problem since.
