Anyways Doc.. wife has been eyeing the Aero Blue.. matches her roadster nicely..
Pics look like there is a slight gap - mismatch on the lower edges.. Is this the case or just the way it shows in pics?
right and left lower part of the grille will gap a little. I added some light spring tension to pull it in, but it will rub. What really needs to be done, and I will do it, if it doesn't sell, is to grind down the lower mid portion a little and it will be perfect. And repaint of course. There is some chipping of the paint on top from the hood closing as well. I like them better than the Chrysler look. I did go with the new grilles as I think I may make a color change. Just don't know yet. Once I have the new grilles and head to the paint shop, I am going to redo the blue and silver grilles edges. I can post up a better close up of the blue grille later today if you like.
The donoutwest grille is the photo posted by Valk, I am not sure who SRTSIX used to produce these. So, I am not sure if the same company selling on ebay is the same as my grilles. They are stainless steel, and are rugged. You won't bend them.
If you'd like to do the work after seeing the photo, I'd sell it shipped to you for a $100. The chipping on top does not show with the hood closed. It happened when I closed the hood before adjusting the grille.
