You are correct about the market. Nashville is on the upper end; not as bad as Riverside CA or a few others but on the upper side of middle for sure.

I worked with a guy who would have several men either drive or fly out of town and buy cars and send them back to Nashville. His company moved about 370 to 400 cars a month just wholesale here in Nashville and then another 35 or so on the retail lot. There is another company even larger. Nashville is a good market price wise for wholesaling cars.

I will miss it, but it may be time right now. Thanks for the input. Jimmy
