Glad you said something - I know some in the US/Canada yawn when Brits bleat about our fuel prices but image how we feel when you guys do it!
Today we are being screwed out of around £1.32/ltr for premium (97oct) - about $2.16 - so not quite double - but that's the cheapest it's been for a while - I was paying £1.48 ($2.42)/ltr. to fill the SRT in the summer.

But prices are always lower just before a hike - currently 60% of what we pay goes in taxes.
However - a 37k-mile SRT6 just sold for £6.5k which I think compares favourably with typical US prices!
