My phylosophy too - when all else fails, read the manual. My multi function tool was located in the pocket in back of the seats. I have mild wind noise also on the drivers side, Chrysler has a fix if you bring it to a dealer. Elements are cool, but according to the latest Car & Driver they have had some early repair problems.
