I did every one of those mods to my NA, and am pushing over 290 HP
280 HP is quite do able on the NA Crossie. Needswings CAI, performance tune from Eurocharged. Throttlebody upgrade. Minor exhaust mods.
If you want to drag, follow firemax+'s advice get rid of the tall gears.
If you insist on an engine swap, go the 55 V/8 conversion.
