If anything happens to the officer as a result of the video this kid could be in bigger trouble than a speeding ticket. Surreptitious recording without legal approval or consent from both parties is illegal and a crime more costly than a speeding ticket. He should have been happy with the warning and kept the conversation between himself and the officer. Something to be said for discretion.....

I believe in individual's freedoms but at times there should be a censor button available to protect some people from themselves. Education just isn't working for some. Just sayin!
