If, I say if the intercooler under the supercharger is leaking it won't noticeably affect the power. A faulty intercooler pump is most likely your problem as already specified. Check the fuse first.

He stated intermittent Les. So, he has the power sometimes....wait until he gets his pump replaced. It has probably been that way for sometime...
