Fuel pump going out? Check the fuel pressure. It wouldn't explain just one bank misfiring but weak pumps are worse when they get hot.
It falls into 3 areas. Air (restriction or huge leak) fuel, lack of or way too much, or electrical. You could also have a mechanical problem but it's unlikely since the car runs fine when cold.
