Sorry - I originally posted this thinking you were under the impression both give similar gains and its just a simple one or the other.
However you may be wondering if you just go half way with the 65 or all the way with the 185.

crank/charger
185mm/74 = 155mm/62
2.5ratio = 2.5ratio

but...
with the 185 - you speed up both the A/C + alternator + water pump - so many put bigger pulleys on these to compensate (and reduce some hp power drain)
depends how much time you expect to spend up above 5000rpm....;>)
also you need a bigger belt me thinks

with the 62 - many report additional slip/"chirp" because you are lessening the amount of belt wrap around the smaller pulley.
So you are increasing the power trying to be consumed by the SC (higher pressure ratio), but you are reducing the area the belt is in contact with the pulley without actually changing the belt tension = less friction
So a pulley saver kit PSK (NW or latemodel) helps you here. Talk to them as to if you need a different belt.
