This is the front grey plug on the BCM and I need to unplug it. Looks like a lock tab on there but it hasn't moved w moderate force. What am I missing here? the FSM is not clear at all on this. Any Ideas?

Hello, are you trying the silver clip towards the top of the connector? It looks like that pulls up and over the connector unlocking the connection. That's my guess!
