The valves aren't the problem. It's the springs and the fact that there was a trade off that had to be made in the form of better fuel economy vs stiffer springs so the valvetrain doesn't start floating.

BTW, what mods have you done to your car Billy22Bob? I'd start with the the basics before worrying about bumping the rev limiter.
