Do a search on this form for "intercooler pump" and you'll find LOTS of information on this issue and fix. Replacing the OEM Bosch pump (they ALL go bad) will solve your problem. When I replaced my failed OEM Bosch pump, I went with the Johnson CM30 pump. Here is a "how to" link with photos. https://www.crossfireforum.org/forum...on-ic-pump.pdf Since that time Bosch has come out with a new upgraded pump which seems to be the current "go to" pump as it's a more simple "plug and play" installation (no need to do any rewiring or modifying of the mounting bracket). The part number for the new Bosch pump is 0392022010. Thanks Red Dog. Will be onto it as soon as. I know where you are coming from when that charger works it's a lot of fun. 👍
