If you take the rate of evaporation and multiply it by square of the miles driven divided by the amount of time those miles are driven at WOT then multiply by the reciprocal of the average yearly temperature in F, you should get the value for the atmospheric propylene glycol absorption rate in in3/s. The problem is you use the metric system so guess you're out of luck.
